1. Program description
Custom Pool Pros, LLC ("Custom Pool Pros", "we", "us") offers a text message program for homeowners who request information about our pool and outdoor living services. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, design consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, project updates, and requests for a review after your project is complete. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional seasonal offers and design ideas.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on one of our web forms, by telling a member of our team on the phone that you agree to receive texts, or by texting our business number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
4. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

6. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
